Welcome Klaus Thymann!
Klaus Thymann has been taking pictures for various newspapers and publications in Scandinavia since the age of 14. He now lives in London and documents extreme sports, epic landscapes and eclectic sub cultures for publications that include i-D, V Magazine and POP.
His personal projects record spectacular global cultural events (Snow Polo in St Moritz, Gay Rodeo in LA, Underground Gardening in Tokyo – see www.hybrids-project.com).
Most recently Klaus has been cataloging the world’s retreating glaciers for Project Pressure - a collaboration with NASA and the World Glacier Monitoring Service.
Klaus has photographed global advertising campaigns for Nike, Levi’s, Nokia amongst others and continues to direct short films and music promos.

It seems like no one can get enough of Katy Perry at the moment- certainly not British Glamour, who had Simon Emmett shoot not 1, not 2, but 8 different covers for their September issue (yes, you heard us correctly, 8!!!). Each different region in the UK has their very own version, so hopefully there will be enough of her to go around…
iD: The 30th Birthday Issue
Here at CLM we have always loved iD- and with their 30th Birthday issue it seems that they are loving us right back: they featured a gaggle of CLM artists in their amazing Then Now Next portfolio. Shot by Nick Knight were Gary Card, Simon Costin, Nicola Formichetti, Katie Grand, Michael Howells and Charlotte Stockdale, all of whom look like they enjoyed being centre stage as opposed to behind the scenes, at least for one day. A special mention goes out to Nicola, who also styled the stunning Lady Gaga cover.

The shots make us feel right at home- not only was the gorgeously laid back styling done by our very own Clare Richardson, it was shot right around the corner from our office on Portobello Road: a family affair!
