George Cortina’s styling is both creative and timeless. He has spent the better part of his life absorbing fashion and this passion is reflected in his innovative work. Cortina is the Associate Fashion Director At Large for Vogue Nippon.  In addition, his editorial work has been in Interview, Numero, Vanity Fair, V Magazine, Harper’s Bazaar, and the T Magazine. Cortina’s advertising clients include Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, Bvlgari, Cacheral Fragrance, Calvin Klein, Chanel, Club Monaco, Comme des Garcons, De Beers, Emanuel Ungaro, Gucci, Iceberg, Helena Rubinstein, H & M, Just Cavalli, Kenneth Cole, Lacoste, Levi’s, L’Oreal, Max Factor, Pantene, Roberto Cavalli and  Zegna.

Cortina’s work can been seen on the runway every season. He worked with designer John Bartlett for over ten years and as well as Tommy Hilfiger for five consecutive seasons beginning with the S/S 2008 RTW collection. On the runways of Europe, Cortina has styled for Krizia, Hamish Morrow and more recently with Roberto Cavalli, Etro, Valentino Men and Emanuel Ungaro. Currently, he continues to collaborate with both Emilio Pucci & Julien Macdonald on their RTW presentations.

In addition, George Cortina has worked with numerous actors and musicians including Cate Blanchett, Sandra Bullock, Jennifer Connolly, Celine Dion, Carmen Elecktra, Colin Farrell, Scarlett Johansson, John Mayer, Sienna Miller, Wentworth Miller, Demi Moore, Natalie Portman and Uma Thurman.

Cortina is continually working with the most influential photographers of our time. His styling has been featured in the photographs of Miles Aldridge, Richard Avedon, Patrick Demarchelier, Nathaniel Goldberg, Sam Haskins, Mikael Jansson, Karl Lagerfeld, Peter Lindbergh, Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott, Tom Munro, Terry Richardson, Paolo Roversi, Mario Sorrenti, Solve Sundsbo, Mario Testino, and Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin.
